Tuition and Fees for 2008-2009
Registration Fees must be paid in full to hold a position for your child and are non-refundable at any time, unless a family withdraws from school and moves more than 25 miles from the school. The Registration Fee covers the costs involved in registration and enrollment. If the school does not accept a student and the registration fee has been paid, the fee will be refunded. Tuition payments may be paid in ten (10) equal installments (August throught May) and are due on the 1st of each month. The first tuition payment is not refundable. Tuition fees cover the regular operating expenses of the school. They do not cover all incidental expenses, such as some field trips and individual expenses for fine arts competition and science fair project expenses.
Early Payment: A 4% discount will be given for yearly tuition paid in full before August 1st.
Discounts
Church Member Discount: Evangel Baptist Church members will receive a flat 25% discount. (Church members do not pay registration fees but they do pay MTA fees.) The discount takes effect the first month after joining the church.
Multiple Children Discount: There are no discounts on any fees except tuition.
To determine discounts, the child in the highest grade will count as
the 1st child, the child in the next highest grade the 2nd child, etc.
School Student Referral Program (PSST): Any parent referring a new student to the school will receive a tuition discount of 10% of the new student's tuition fee. The referring parent must fill out a student referral form and the new student must stay in the school for two marking periods for the discount to be received. More information is available in the school office on our PSST program.

Extended Care

All children not enrolled in Extended Care or Full-Day Programs who are here beyond their scheduled times will be billed at a rate of $7.50 per hour. Children not picked up by 6:00 p.m. will be charged $10.00 for each 15 minutes or part thereof. That rate will increase to $15.00 after 7:00 p.m.
Refunds
If a child is withdrawn from school before the 15th of the month, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds will be issued if a child is withdrawn after the 15th of the month.
